Canadian farmers earned enough in 2012 for a rainy day and then some.
And Ontario agriculture was a leader of the pack, as farmers here collectively realized $232 million more in profit in 2012 than the previous year.
The report released Tuesday by Statistics Canada underscores how agriculture is king in Ontario.
