The Kent Federation of Agriculture (KFA) is hosting their Regional meeting Tuesday August 26th. All Chatham-Kent OFA members are invited.
The Regional meeting is a time for local farmers to socialize and discuss a number of issues. This year’s guest speaker will be Wayne Humphries who operates a family century farm in IOWA. Come on out and hear his lighthearted presentation that combines his family farmers pride with today’s realities.
The Regional meeting is also a time to elect three Policy Advisory Committee members to represent local farmers at the OFA as well as elect delegates to attend the annual OFA convention.
This year’s Regional meeting will take place at Roesch Meats and More in Kent Bridge. Come out and enjoy the social evening and complimentary meal. Pre-registration is required for the meal.
