Growing Forward 2 (GF2) is a federal-provincial-territorial initiative. GF2 offers cost-share to eligible processors to grow profits, expand markets and manage shared risk.
DEADLINES
Processors can submit implementation applications until December 11, 2014.
Capacity Building funding is also available for eligible food and agri-products processors. Capacity building activities include skills development, training, audit, assessment and planning. Capacity building applications for GF2 funding requests are accepted on an on-going basis.
Program guidebooks and application forms for capacity building and for implementation projects are available on the GF2 website.
The Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) delivers GF2 to processors across Ontario. You can apply for funding assistance online through their GF2 Client Portal.
