Harwich Township resident Barry Fraser is being honoured as citizen of the year by the Chatham-Kent Chamber of Commerce.
Fraser is among the individuals and businesses that will be recognized during the chamber’s 127th annual business excellence awards night on March 26, being held at Club Lentina, in Chatham.
Emily Meko, owner of Eat What’s Good restaurant in Chatham, has been named business professional of the year and entrepreneur of the year.
Victory Ford Lincoln Sales Ltd. has been named corporate citizen of the year and Devolder’s Farm Inc., in Dover Centre, is recipient industry of the year.
Southwest Granite & Glass takes the award for business of excellence and Jessica Weaver, of Chatham, has been named youth entrepreneur of the year.
