Organizers of the 2018 International Plowing Match are putting out the call for cooks to share their favourite recipes. Plans call for a cookbook to be printed in advance of the match which will be held in Chatham-Kent in three years.
Deb Hawkins, a volunteer helping with this project says recipes must be submitted by December 31, 2015 to be considered for the book. She says entrants can send in their recipes to SCGO, Attn: Cookbook, 825 Park Ave. W., Chatham, ON, N7M 0N1 or by e-mail to: ipmcookbook@gmail.com
